Terms And Conditions
- 1. Customers can join the scheme any day of the year. ગ્રાહકો વર્ષના કોઈપણ દિવસે યોજના શરૂ કરી શકે છે.
- 2. Scheme is valid only for gold, silver, or real diamond jewellery. યોજના ફક્ત સોનાની, ચાંદીની અથવા અસલી હીરાની જ્વેલરી માટે છે.
- 3. Cash, 24K gold, fine silver, or gold bars will not be given. રોકડ, ૨૪ કે સોનું, શુદ્ધ ચાંદી અથવા સોનાના સિક્કા આપવામાં નહીં આવે.
- 4. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes. હાલના સભ્યો અનેક યોજનામાં જોડાઈ શકે છે.
- 5. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory. KYC (ગ્રાહકની ઓળખ ચકાસણી) ફરજિયાત છે.
- 6. Monthly installments must be paid on or before the due date. માસિક હપ્તા નિર્ધારિત તારીખે કે તે પહેલાં ચૂકવવા પડશે.
- 7. If payment is delayed, the member may lose scheme benefits. ચુકવણી મોડે થાય તો સભ્યને યોજનાના લાભો ગુમાવવા પડી શકે છે.
- 8. Payments once made are non-refundable. એકવાર ચુકવેલી રકમ પરત આપવામાં નહીં આવે.
- 9. Jewellery rates will be as per the prevailing rate on purchase day. જ્વેલરીના દર ખરીદીના દિવસે લાગુ પડતા દર પ્રમાણે રહેશે.
- 10. Making charges and wastage charges apply as per product type. મેકિંગ ચાર્જ અને વેસ્ટેજ ચાર્જ પ્રોડક્ટના પ્રકાર પ્રમાણે લાગશે.
- 11. GST and other applicable taxes will be charged extra. GST અને અન્ય લાગુ પડતા કર વધારા ના વસૂલવામાં આવશે.
- 12. The scheme cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount. યોજના કોઈપણ અન્ય ઓફર અથવા ડિસ્કાઉન્ટ સાથે જોડાઈ શકશે નહીં.
- 13. The company reserves the right to change scheme terms without prior notice. કંપનીને યોજના અંગેના નિયમોમાં ફેરફાર કરવાનો અધિકાર છે, પૂર્વ સૂચના વિના.
- 14. Lucky draw winners will be decided through a transparent process. લકી ડ્રોના વિજેતાઓ પારદર્શક પ્રક્રિયા દ્વારા નક્કી કરવામાં આવશે.

- 17. Jewellery once selected and billed cannot be exchanged under this scheme. આ યોજનામાં એકવાર પસંદ કરેલી અને બિલ કરેલી જ્વેલરી બદલવામાં નહીં આવે.
- 18. The scheme is applicable only at JSK GOLD stores/authorized online platforms. યોજના ફક્ત JSK GOLDના સ્ટોર્સ અથવા અધિકૃત ઑનલાઇન પ્લેટફોર્મ પર જ લાગુ છે.
- 19. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts. કોઈપણ વિવાદ સ્થાનિક અદાલતોના અધિકારક્ષેત્ર હેઠળ રહેશે.
- 20. By joining the scheme, the customer agrees to all the above terms and conditions. યોજનામાં જોડાઈને, ગ્રાહક ઉપરોક્ત તમામ નિયમો અને શરતોને સ્વીકારી લે છે.
